Our Process - How It Works

1 - PRE ASSESSMENT

The employees complete the Pre Assessment form and registers for the Inner Balance icloud account.

2 - RESILIENCE TRAINING

The employees attends the training, performance partners are assigned.

3 - PROGRESS TRACKING

Progress is tracked in icloud account. Weekly assignments and feedback shared during the weekly workshop.

4 - ENGAGEMENT

User engagement is sustained through performance partners, weekly workshops and motivating messages and communication including weekly highlights.

5 - POST ASSESSMENT

Insights including: Baseline data, engagement, activity and subjective overall well-being.
